Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to iccdu-planning@ems.psu.edu [2] or by fax to 814-863-7432 by Monday, June 3, 2013 for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations after June 3 will not be refunded. In lieu of cancelling you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty.
