• Capturing and modeling of human knowledge in software agents for supporting decision making, for improving the productivity and adaptability of global enterprises, and for supporting individual/team learning in the digital information age
• Developing agent-based teamwork model and self-adaptive personalization technologies
• Mining/learning of large-scale fuzzy knowledge (i.e., knowledge with imprecisions)
• Predicting the influence of online social interactions to people (e.g., energy consumption behaviors and health behaviors)
• Modeling and facilitating the diffusion of innovation and energy technology through heterogeneous networks
