A nationwide search is officially underway to fill the position of Director at The Energy Institute. Among the successful candidate's main responsibilities will be promoting existing and emerging areas of energy-related research, as well fostering multidisciplinary and collaborative research at the Institute.

A Search Committee has already begun its work in earnest and is entertaining nominations, applications and enquiries. The Committee Chair, Prof. Michael Adewumi said, " We are seeking a national leader and an outstanding scholar in energy and related fields, who can continue the tradition of excellence for which the Energy Institute is well known for.
