The EMS Energy Institute has four buildings located on the Penn State campus. Visitors to the Institute should come to C-211 Coal Utilization Lab first for parking permits and our administrative staff can direct you to the appropriate building or office. All deliveries should be made to the Coal Utilization Lab.
