Applying for membership in the SWC is easy and affordable. Membership in the consortium is tied into the SWC's Bylaws, which outline the governing principles of the consortium. The SWC Bylaws is available on-line and will provide answers to commonly asked questions on the organizational structure of the consortium. Full, Affiliate, and Supporting membership agreements can be conveniently downloaded and then mailed or fax to Penn State where they will be processed in a timely manner.

This membership level is a fee-based membership that is reserved for small businesses, corporations, and academic institutions that wish to receive the full benefits of the consortium. The membership fee is set by the Consortium Director and may be paid annually.
Full member benefits include:
This membership level is a fee-based membership that is reserved for industrial trade associations and professional societies institutions that wish to receive a limited set of benefits from the consortium. The membership fee is set by the Consortium Director and may be paid annually.
Affiliate member benefits include:
This membership level is a non-fee based membership that is reserved for small businesses, corporations, and academic institutions that wish to receive only limited benefits from the consortium. Supporting members may send representatives to Consortium meetings upon payment of a registration fee. The registration fee is set by the Consortium Director.
